BRSN’s People Services Department consists of two branches: Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. By leading through systematic and instructional practice, we foster a strong culture. To accomplish this mission, we organize regular social events and introduce initiatives like mentorship and recognition programs to strengthen BRSN's tight-knit community. Our department also designs, coordinates, and facilitates presentations and learning opportunities that highlight the inequities relevant within sport. These presentations also show how BRSN can promote inclusivity by illuminating underrepresented communities across the broader landscape of collegiate athletics.
